Outdoor First Aid (OFA) is a 16-hour, 2-day course. In line with the guidance criteria of the National Governing Bodies (NGB). It is suitable for and recognised by the majority of National Governing Bodies such as the MLTUK, BASI, RYA, etc.
The course is perfect for those who work in the outdoor environments. It is designed to equip students with the knowledge to perform First Aid in remote and wilderness environments.
Outdoor first aid courses can be delivered as a blended or face-to-face course. With the blended option, you must complete 8 hours of online learning before attending the 8 hours of face-to-face training.
On completion of the course, you will receive a First Aid manual for you to take away, a First Aid kit, including a face shield, and on successful completion, a certificate valid for 3 years.
