First Aid at Work

First Aid at Work (FAW) is a full three-day course (18 hours). The design of this course means that students will be provided with the knowledge to become responsible First Aiders. Over the three days, students will gain a better understanding of illnesses and injuries that they could potentially come across in their working environment. This course also covers the roles and responsibilities of a First Aider in the workplace.

We offer this course as both blended and face-to-face. If you choose the blended option; this consists of 12 hours of online learning before the course and 6 hours of face-to-face learning. Online modules can be completed at your own pace, but they must be completed before you attend the course.

On completion of the course, you will receive a First Aid manual for you to take away, a First Aid kit, including a face shield, and on successful completion a level 3 certificate valid for 3 years.
